We must receive this information from you before we will issue a returns number. Do not return an item without receiving a returns number. Items returned without sending us the above information may not be refunded.
We package our items very carefully at Cutting Image to avoid any risk of the product being damaged during transit. However, if you do receive a damaged item please notify us immediately and include pictures of the damage within the packaging. This is very important to us as it helps us to identify how the product was damaged and what we can improve to limit this from happening. On returning a damaged or wrong item you will be given a full refund or replacement product depending on your wishes. Please note for damaged or wrong items your post and packaging for returning the item will be refunded as well.
If you change your mind within 14 days and decide our product is not the perfect way to spruce up your home please feel free to contact us and we will offer you a refund or a chance to swap your item for another. However, unless the item is damaged or different from your order we cannot offer to fund your postage.
Personalised items can't be returned or exchanged
Any damage that is done to the product after delivery and under your supervision will not be the responsibility of Cutting Image and it is unlikely a refund will be offered. When returning a product please package the item in the original packaging and post it with care.
